• Carrier and program partners. When you apply to a dealer or referral program, we may share your application information with the relevant carrier or program partner to process and evaluate your application.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vomtel, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. If Vomtel is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to process your application, provide our services, communicate with you, and comply with our legal obligations. Application and contact records are generally retained for the duration of our business relationship and for a reasonable period afterward, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request deletion of your information as described in Section 7.

6. Marketing Communications and Your Choices

If you receive marketing emails from us, you can opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email, or by contacting us at dealers@vomtel.com. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send you non-promotional messages related to your application or our ongoing business relationship.

7. Your Privacy Rights (Including California Residents)
