Order Entry Portal Issues

We have been getting many complaints that the order entry portal is showing a blank screen instead of allowing you to put in an address.  This is a very well-known issue with in Spectrum.  However, we have a work around!! See below and share with your team!


Must Use Firefox (Will not work on Chrome or Edge)

After submitting the address, you will get a blank screen.  On that blank screen right click and select  > this frame > Open Frame in New Tab

That will trigger the order entry portal on a new window tab and allow you to continue with the order.
